If Windows 7 won't start or starts with significant problems, you may need to use the System Repair Disc to fix problems with Windows 7. The System Repair Disc is designed to let you boot up Windows.
Requirements:
Step1: Go to Start >All Programs >Maintenance
Step2: Click Create a system recovery disk.
Step3: Insert a blank CD or DVD into the drive.
Step4: Click Create Disk.
To start the Windows Recovery Environment, place the System Repair Disc into the drive and reboot the PC via the CD/DVD drive.
