If you are viewing this pop up window everytime when you start your pc then nothing to worry about it, it's not a virus (In most of cases).
The problem to the startup service 'CheckNDISPort' which was related to the MTS MBlaze program on your computer.
You can stop this from occurring by unchecking the startup service called 'CheckNDISPort' in the startup tab in the System Configuration Utility (msconfig).
It doesn't harm your computer if you keep it checked.

i can't find 'CheckNDISPort' in the startup tab, it told me to go to task manager, and still can't find it, please help
